Im male 34, weighing 66kgs and height 5.7. Im trying find solutions for Hair thinning or how to increase hair volume naturally without any sideeffects. I have always have a good mixture of Protein, Fruits, Leafy vegetables and only indulge in Junk once in a while. I also workout sometimes in a month or week. I consume 2L of water everyday. Have lots of dry fruits ( apricot, nuts, dates) not sure what is the issue. Is it coz of haircut which was done at home by my mom at home or really hair thinning. It's not a major concern but I feel sometimes it is. Worried a lot. Please let me know by my photos. I also do oil Essential oil massage at night before I sleep. Not sure if it's because of the haircut that I did at home.

I'm 31 now and have started prp sessions 2yrs back took continuous of 6 sessions each month later taking maintain sessions with 3-4 months gap and also using mintop solution. since last year seeing huge hair fall and my beard growth seems very slow and doesn't have much beard or thickness like other men even who are early in age.
