Im 32, facing acne problem always. My skin is oily, I don't use any cosmetics n creams. I hav hair fall problem too.. Pls suggest any soap, cream and oil

I am using this treatment from march ..its been 4 month ,i agreed that it increase hair on some parts but i think, it is decreasing my hair density on other parts . whenever i used it ,i tried to use it gently but in the process of applying it i also lose my 40 hair sells . i am confused

I have a lot of hairs on my face and neck region(not suffering from PCOS/PCOD). What should I do. Is there any medicated cream to remove these hairs?

I have a severe itch all around my groin area. I have tried applying anti fungal cream and tried aloevera, but it's of no use. Furthermore the affected area is only getting bigger and has spread to glutes. I do keep a good hygiene, i take shower after workout session. Now i cannot even go for a run as the affected area burns while I'm working out. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Oily skin ,pimples,marks scars are also appears because of pimples . red marks appear for few mins in some part of face after when i wash my face and felt itching .pores became open  more and more when I scratch on my face many white rice like tiny things are remove out from most of the skin pores small pimples and some big and felt so pain are widely spread on my face the big pimple are mostly arise from inside the skin and so pain not so clearly came out on the upper part of skin and gives out some unbalance hit is produced and more warm then the others small bumps or pimples in other part of body skin are mostly dry but face part is more oily I can't escape from this problem without medicine after I used medical treatment according to two or three Manipur's doctors it becomes usually as those older days after I left the medicin😣its to hard I have no idea to remove this problem so please doctor I'm coming as a dream that I can cured and skip this because of doctor's wise help🙏🏽❣😔

I was typhoid positive one month back..even I had covid symptoms but rt lcr was negative. I got recovered from this and was doing well. All of a sudden from last 1 week there is a heavy hair fall I am seeing. Hair seems to be so week. This was never the case before..what could be the possible reason and solution.
