Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Is there any serious side effects of hair growth serum? I have been prescribed kera xl hair growth serum along with follihair A tablet.

My mother have big pimple on her stomach.which is big one and it appears again and again after few weeks.it's get hurt if when pressing on it.please someone let me know what is that.

I have had a sudden onslaught of pimples in the past two weeks. I have worked to lose about 12 kgs since Jan and so suffered massive hair fall. Did my blood tests and realized I had an iron deficiency. Since then I have started iron supplements and the hair fall is now under control. But in the last two weeks I have had a persistent pimple problem. I have mostly always had clear skin so this is a bit confusing.

I started retino a 0.05 per based on my dermatologist recommendation .. but when I started using it I feel my face too oily ...is it ok ?!

Hairfall problem last two years .. last time I used some medications for hair fall like minoxidil 5%  and multivitamin but no result now my hair thickness is very low.

Hi, I'm suffering from dandruff issue. It's like big white/yellowish flake which is sticked on my scalp. I've used several dandruff shampoos like selsun, danclear but nothing worked. My hair has started to fall out for this. Please suggest me a good shampoo that will cure this dandruff issue and prevent hair loss.
