Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I visited a dermat couple of days ago regarding my hair fall issue and she wrote me a couple of tests in order to understand the cause all the reports came and everything was normal apart from my vitamin d which was 7.5 she wrote me folly hair and a powder to be taken every week for a month it's for vitamin d but I feel more concerned as I wasn't fully satisfied with her diagnosis

I started using mintop 5% solution a month ago for hair fall but my hair is getting extremely frizzy and dry. my hair is also colour treated so it looks really bad when it's dry frizzy and also tangles up alot literally seconds after untangling it and i am confused no serum is working conditnor helps a bit when used alot but the results don't last for more than a day

I have using dermaroller at home for scale and skin. Just read an article that dermaroller can cause cancer. Can you please advise that dermaroller safety. It is safe to use or not?

I am suffering from severe acne problem on my face . kindly suggest some medication for the same . It has been a long time but the acne still there.

I am struggling with Psoriasis since last 22 years Now I am 34. I tried everything Homeopathy, Herble, and Alopathic treatment nothing worked. Now I am boared and using topical medicines like Topisal 6% ointment and lotion , clobetsol and salysalic acid , coal tar containt ointment and shampoo since last 8 years. I am using it occasionally but after few months Psoriasis bounce back. In my childhood dr. Prescribed me methotrexate it's amazing it really works ...that time I was Psoriasis free for 5-6 years. I used  it just for 3-4 months then never. In my case methotrexate is only option? I know there is side effects ..but I am just sick of my currunt situation.

My razor bumps are not going away.. at night it comes and in the morning all bumps vanish it self... Every day happens like this . After workout it increases in numbers .
