I had chicken pox 10 days back , almost recovered now but my facial skin has become very dry and itchy near my nose below both the eyes , right now I am applying petroleum jelly
I have stopped using oily and spicy food for last 10 days, is this happened due to no oil food?

Food has nothing to do with that.
Could be seborrhoeic dermatitis or allergic contact dermatitis. Share pictures of your face to identify the condition and accordingly treatment can be advised
Next Steps
consult a dermatologist with photographs for treatment
