Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I had applied hair dye on sunday and since tue I am having severe itching redness and raised wheals on my upper back below hairline, ear lobes and bit of forehead and neck.. I have been taking a combination of Bilastine and monteleukast but it isn't reducing... what else should I take? Any calming lotion or shampoo? Can I take deflacort to decrease the inflammation? Or hydrocort creams?

I am using zycafy and Qsera serum along with Tugain Eva solution . And I found flakness and dandruff on my scalp. I want to switch minoxidil alcohol base  to other solutions. What will be the best ? Pls suggest

I am taking redensyl based tonic (Xtra Denser) along with Androanagen tablet as a mild DHT blocker. Is this enough? I don't want to take finastride as it has side effects associated with it. Will androanagen do? Or is there better mild DHT blocker that does not have heavy side effects like finastride?

From 10 years I have allergy. I have drug allergy I notice when I was diagonised with gall bladder operation And in my pregency having medicines I got allergy(red bumps small and big size) on my total body (legs hands tongue eyes cheeks everywhere feels like itching , some times outside food like peanut oil plan oil make Allergy ,, so my concern is should I take vaccine or not???
