Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hi, am 21 years old. I have been experiencing a sudden increase in hair fall over the last 2 weeks. The only thing different that has happened is that I got my second dose of covishield on the 1st of August. Is there a possibility that I am experiencing some kind of a side effect, and if there is , what should I do about it?. It can't be genetic because getting bald  in early twenties does not run in my maternal or paternal family.As a matter of fact , no one is completely bald in my maternal or paternal family, just slight male pattern hair loss with age. I also read about something called as seasonal shedding, is it possible that I am  experiencing that ? Thanks.

I am having pimples on my chin, jawline and forehead area.. from last 3-4 months and they are increasing in numbers gradually.. pls advice the appropriate treatment

I dont know sometimes from few months I'm getting white pus bumps on my face, whitish fluid secretion not sure is it pus or sebum , no pain ,tiny bumps on my face,my skin type is oily . I had wax over tht area and after 2 days there blackening strt ...after that 2 to 3 days I observed tht area gets sweaty a lot while wearing black mask and feels irritation ...and now after 20 days it's darken a lot and on whlole upper lip region seems to be I had a beard

Doctor , i got moderate breakout from last 2 weeks . And i used saliclylic ointment 2% resulting my face getting more oily and more pimple . Is it bad for my face or it is the normal process ? And i tried salicylic+zinc serum on face , it seems helping but my face getting slightly dry than normal . Which one is better ?

I recently observed some dark spots in my leg which look like a mole but bigger in size comparing to a normal mole. They have a wrinkle like skin on top, no itch or pain noticed so far. There are few other black spots I noticed which looks like in beginning stage of these already existing .
