Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have been asked to used proanagen solution. I'm unsure how to use it.. should I leave OT overnight and wash off next morning or in the noon!? How to use the solution?

I had hairfall  and thinning of scalp since 5to 6months I had used many shampoo and haircare products but nothing worked.i finally consulted dermatologist 1 month back and prescribed minoxidil 2%  topical solution and advanced alpha follidense serum everyday.i have been using this for a month and my hair fall problem reduced but I started developing acne on forehead and checks with reddish bump breakouts and some times pus in it.previously I don't have any acne issues.even iam using skin lightening cream s2lite and reebright .is my acne problem is due to minoxidil or with  lightening creams.iam unable to find out cause.should I stop using the hairserum and creams???

Required which face wash to use for oily skin, which soap, which product for forehead,neck tanning.
