Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am a 18 year old boy. I have this rash for the past 3 days. I have no allergies as per my knowledge. The weather is partially cold in my area. So it is not due to heat as such. Can not locate the problem as to why has this rash occurred on my neck. Kindly advice. Can stress be a reason for this rash?

Since last 10 days m facing itching at my handa and legs I'm getting small red rashes so I went for dr 8 days back she said it is feaver rash and priscibed me medicine teczine for 10 days still in it is controlled but ever now n den I still feel lyk itching and my skin turns red why is it so and 4 days medicine are still due to complete my course

On fingers I develop very hard skin, then they develop into blisters with transparent Liquid in them and after that they busrt and new skin comes in. It is painful and itchy. On lips i have developed whiteining recently with no pain or itching but it looks odd.

I had pimples on my face. Doctor prescribed me some antibacterial medicines and aziderm. I am getting married in next 30 days. I have black spots on my face and my pre bridal sessions has started. Can I use aziderm now or what should I do now? Is there any harm with facials?
