Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

There is extreme itchiness and redness on the palm of my hands and feet. I am unable to sleep and do any work. It feels like something is pricking in my body which causes uneasyness and itching. kindly help

Two weeks back I found some red dots types spots on my left leg, few spots on right leg and on stomach one spot which were letter on became some light. Platelets:- 2,59,000 It's 5th day of allopathic treatment for last two days it was looking like I am recovering from this issue but now again I noticed 2 3 more Red spots in left leg and since it is near viens so also causing swelling. Please guide what should I do.? Which issue is this exactly.?

Respected Drs. , I am using logidruf Shampoo which have ketoconazole and Zinc pyrithione ... After shampooing I find my scalp and hairs gets dry ... Should I need to use any conditioner in regard to this... Please suggest me some name of conditioner that could be used in such situation Thank You
