Does it reduces acne breakouts? Also, what are the side effects? And for how long should one take those capsules?

Isotretinoin definitely reduces acne breakouts there are side effects like cracked lips increased hair fall headache etc Isotretinoin can be used for long time like  6 months or so but it depends on necessity
