Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am having some kind of a infection on two of my nails and below the nails on my right hand for the last 1½ years

In my elbow this kind of patches have occurred, why is this happening? Please prescribe some medicine or cream for this. Thank you.

I am having small group of bumps under chin on faces,after few days it's disappeared leave black spots itself,can u suggest me medication.

Good morning . I am having round patches near under arms. For the past 10 days I am having. Initially one round patch was found Later few more patches were found under both arms and near chest. I observed green blood vessels today on my upper chest. My body is very fair and I recently started doing chest workouts. Is this bcoz of workout stress or something else ? These blood vessels are not engorged. They look flat within skin but appeared suddenly today. I'm concerned.
