Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have melasma scars on my forehead, nose and cheeks. I had already treated with it many times but it reoccur again and again while I don't get exposed in sunlight generally. I am a teacher by profession. Kindly suggest me treatment so that it can not reappear again or suggest me any cream which does not has side-effects.
