Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Good day ! I am seeing skin allergy from past 20 days in my feet,knees and albow . It started with right leg . Initially it came as funsi (not sure what to say in english) then it became foda (boil) . It has pus inside and itching too. What could be the reason behind this ? Initially i ignored but it is spreading now . Since there is no skin doctor in my village so consulting here . Please suggest me ways . Attaching the pics also.

Hi sir, I have been suffering from hardened skin over my right leg since 1 year as shown in the picture.The affected area is itchy.I have applied clobetasol cream.But there was only temporary relief.I have no other diseases. My father also had the same skin condition Kindly suggest on the treatment. Thank you

From last year, I get pimples or pustule on my head and it gets painfull. The only way to get rid of them is eating "DOXYBOND- LB". If I don't eat this medicine then the pimples get back again. The shampoo which I'm using is "ANABOOM AD".  Any permanent solution is there?? Please help!!

Whenever I walk for longer time or get tired because of excercise, stand for longer time then I am having  itchiness and immediately bumps with redness on my whole body which will be reduced in 15-20 mins if I will take rest This use to happen when I was 15 years old but after that I dint face this problem. But 4 months back I was infected with Covid and after that these red bumps have started whenever I am getting tired. Please find the pic of the red bumps

I had dark circles right from my young age. I sleep a lot. I also dont put much time on screens,usually spend 5-6 hours a day on screens as I'm a software engineer. I had developed these dark circles and I'm not able get rid of them. Please suggest some way to diagnose my problems. I have tried all sorts of home remedies, nothing worked.

Please suggest good soap name for face skin dryness as face wash makes my skin dark.i was using godrej fair glow soap from last 15 yrs but now company changed their soap formula and now it's not working on my dry skin.
