I had been on a trekking to a mountain in September end and had couple of Leech bites on both feet. Right foot have all dried out..while one bite on left leg has not completely dried even after two months... Initially it looked dried but now slowly getting bigger and blacker..is this an infection and need treatment...there is slight pain when I press.. photos attached for reference..I am applying turmeric and coconut oil but can't see any difference...any issues...
