On my right foot, I've an itchy patch from a long time. Earlier the patch got lighter and there was no itching on it. But from past few weeks it's itching is frequent. Attached is the picture of the patch.

I have sebacious filaments on nose and surroundings..they give a bumpy feel to skin and causing regular acne and in turn dark spots..so how can i get rid of sebaceous filaments? Permanently...
