Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Can cold weather trigger itching on skin? There are small bumps on face skin which itches a lot. If yes, what should I do? This happens often all throughout the year.

I have very dark inner thighs. Also have rashes and acne in buttocks, which resulted in a hyperpigmentation. Is this some kind of infection? What treatments should I take?

I have use himalaya baby cream since forever as long as i remember may be more than 4-5 years everysingle day . But now i suddenly started reacting to it. Is it the cream that is bad and i should not have used it for so long? Please help Current age -23
