Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have facing itching problem since to 3 to 4 months .Its increased day by day at night time this problem mainly occur.So I need best medicine for this treatment,give me suggest better cream or something else .

It's been almost 20 days, red rashes created near Nose area. And I used so far  3-4 times ,,Dexoderm Cream" consulted by Pharmacist , however not yet got result.Although,more rashes near Neck area created in last 4-5 days. This rashes causes itching. Could you please guide on this issue. Thank you in advance ! :)

Hello, my mother having psoriasis is under treatment of dermatologist for last 1year.presently she is taking folitrax tab and halovate, moisturizing lotion as prescribrd by doc. Doc has advised CBC & LFT. In report alkaline phosphatase level increased along with conjugated and unconjugated bilirubin. Now my question is does psoriasis has any relations with it or liver problems is due to another reasons. I am asking this question here as doctor's next appointment is after 1 month. Till then, should I consult with any physician or someone else regarding the abnormalities of report or should I wait till the next appointment. Thanks in advance. Here I am attaching the reports.
