I have to remove darkened smoking lips can anyone help me for that to remove darkened smoking lips ?

I do not smoke or use and harmful thing on my lips but they still look very dark, what should I do??

Iam suffering from male pattern baldness stage 2. Dermatologist prescribed me minoxidil . Iam using minoxidil 5 percentage for last 5 years. After using it some hair regrowth seen and increased hair thickness but after one year regrowth  hair fall and  increased hair fall.Still now iam continuing I experience more hair fall and receding hairline. Now stage 2 advanced. Should I  continue using minoxidil ? Should I needed to take finasteride with minoxidil ?
