Hair Thinning, Breakage and Split End
I have never had thick hair, but over recent few years my hair has really got worse. There is lot of hair loss to the extent of hair line reduction and hair breakage. My hair doesnt grow long too. I want to get long lustrous hair. Please help me achieve my goal of long and healthy hair.

Receding hair line and thinning of hair indicates more towards female patterned hair loss. Which can be genetic. It also requires to rule out other causes of hair loss like anaemia,PCOS, Thyroid disorders.
