I have red bumpy skins on my arms, thigh, all over body. Day by day it's becoming worse. I have this issue from last 10 years

Hello, I'm 22 years old & I've lost my 80% of hair. I think I'm going through alopecia. I've starting to losing hair rapidly & noticed a huge amount of dandruff from June 2021 I didn't care much about it but now I'm almost bald & rest of my hairs are extremely dry & frizzy. Dandruff is also not going away if I shampoo today I'm having same amount of dandruff tomorrow. I didn't went through any chemical treatment for my hair neither I've any chronic disease. I want to regrow my hair it's so frustrating that I stopped going outside. Can you give e suggestions I would be very helpful.

Hi, Am experiencing hair loss of more than 200 per day from last couple of weeks.. I got my blood test done and I have very low TSH levels.. it's 0.087 . It was 0.79 in June 2021 which is normal.. I have attached both the report s FYR. Can my hair loss be related to the above? Note - I have been using minoxidil and finastrate combination serum plus multivitamin supplements from a year. Pls guide me what to do.

I am washing my face with water but not using any face wash and cleanser since past 1.5 years but inspite of washing my face with water , my skin still lacks good texture or glow although i have fairer complexion but even after washing it properly i am not using any moisturizer or cream or sunscreen , it also  doesn't looks good like others Is it because i am not using anything since past 1.5  years or anything else ??
