I am having body acne since from last 1 week with itching. these acne remains marks also. these acnes are on my back and on my shoulders. is this chickenpox or anything else??please help.

I have been experiencing dry itching without any reason in my body without any rashes and bumps for past 1.5 weeks. There is redness for a while and then the area returns to normal without any bumps before itching again after some time. It first started in the hip area and groin to my inner arms and thighs. It's a bit more in the nightime. There are no visible signs of any irritation or allergy except for itching. Is it a bacterial or fungal infection? Or symptoms of any skin disease?
