Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Have dark patches on my face since one and a half year all doctors have a different opinion Want to know how can I know what it is and can it be cured

Itching in whole body since last 2 months, were taken medication under 2 3 doctors but can't get relief till date, prescription defined in description please suggest what to do.

My herpes report came negative. But the IgM level and IgG level were 0.1 and 0.4 respectively, not 0. Why?

I am facing skin issue, have so much tiny bumps(like whiteheads also) on all over face mostly on right cheek and chin. So much acne on back also. Right now using Saslic Ds face wash twice a day and a cream Tonoderm-5* . And I am taking Rifampicin and Isoniazid tablets also. Kindly suggest me for my this issue. I have corn below my feet. I show it to a doctor he gave me corn caps I tried it but it's not gone completely and came back. I feel too much pain feel like it's causing pain in my bone. When I touch it it feels like there is puss inside So again I tried corn caps & removed that part from blade and blood came out but within few days it grown again and its bigger than before.
