Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have some skin problem (some rashes on my forehead with itching) doctor says that is called CAD doctor prescribed some anti allergic medicine and sunscreen lotion also steroids (omnacortil 20) for 15 days, is it safe to take steroid?

It's been 3 days that I have these red rashes...I am assuming it's an insect bite as this happened overnight ..Please advice. This is causing irritation , itching , pain...

I am using minoxidil+finasteride from last one and half year but from last few days my vision in my right eye gets little bit reduced and consulted eye doctor and he said everything in eye is ok but i recently checked side effects of this medicine it shows side effects like reduced visual acuity etc now i want to know will these side effects get reversal or not
