My husband suddenly had genital warts he has been prescribed imiquad cream and Thrombup tablets. Yesterday night he has got some chills and fever. Is it due to that tablet?

At night time my scrotum is itching on both sides currently I'm applying beclomethasone dipropionate with clotrimazole lotion at night time for about 2 months as per doctor prescription it's controlling but still the itching is there itching for about 5-10minutes thereafter it becomes normal why this itching is there for long time I'm suffering this itching for about 6 months is there any complete cure or lifelong scracthing???????
