Scalp hurts when i run my fingers through my hair, iam in a very cold country at the moment travelling and unable to wash hair regularly. Severe hair fall too

From last week lots itching on body specially on chest no redness no fungal only itching and feeling like someone putting needles on my body I also taken 2 injection from doctor and already taken atarax 10 mg every night still having itching a lot which problem im facing should i continue my treatment with current doctor or go to dermatologist ?
