Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am 30 years old male and I live outside India where the sun exposure is very less. Over the past year, I have noticed hair thinning at the front and upon doing a full body test I found out that my Vitamin D levels are extremely severe (9.60). The dermatologist I consulted advised me to use supplements & also start minoxidil. What I wanted to confirm is could this thinning be due to vitamin D deficiency alone and if I should only take vitamin D supplements ? Or should I start taking vitamin D + Minoxidil (5%). Also will minoxidil affect my existing hair if I stopped using it in the future ?

I am 27 years male. Only in winter season my face skin becomes dark and two sides of mouth  becomes red at first then wrinkles and burning and then dark. I used many high price marketed cold cream like aloe Vera cream, boro plus but no work. Then I consulted a dermatologist who prescribed moistze cream made from aloe Vera and dermaglow face wash. But as these medicines do not work. Then doctor prescribed venusia intense moisturizer cream. But it also doesn't work. Please tell medicines. As soon as the winter season ended and summer season starts this problem is gone automatically. Please tell medicine .

Itching problem on scalp from long time like 3 months. Took treatment earlier but after completion of treatment same problem arises. Now I don't want to take any medicine or shampoo. Can anyone please suggest any natural way to treat itching on scalp. I also have hairfall problem and for that I cut my hair to short.

I am suffering from Jock Itch. My scortum has become reddish & oozing sweat like liquid which is aggravating problem. I have taken treatment for Jock itch including lulicanazole ointment with terbafine 250 mg tablets which showed positive effect but problem has resurfaced now (may be I stopped the treatment bit early). Please advise.
