Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

My family member is having black spots on face. Initally there were one or two black spots , now it has increased to many black spots. I have attached pic also . Please advice what is this and how it can be treated. Pls prescribe some medicine

I was having normal hairfall from 2 -3 months but suddenly my hairfall increased massively. I decided to shave my head and after shaving I found there were a lot of pimple type things in my head.. The image of my head after shaving is attached here . It will be very helpful if you refer some medicinal shampoo or oil so I can get some relief. Any suggestion is high appreciated.

There is this black spot on my glans. it is not painful. It does not cause any problem. The skin over it is not rough and is just the same as the skin of rest of glans. it has been there since a month and is the same in size since then.

I've started noticing prominent white dots in my under eye and lips, it is kind of a cosmetic concern for me. But more importantly, I want to know if this is why medical problem??
