Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

My scalp is itching from last 4 days. Head is properly washed and also have oiled my hair before washing. Still I get itchy scalp.

Can any patient get a Fractional CO2 laser done while on Isotretinoin 20 mg medication? Will this cause any problems or will it help the skin get better faster???

I think i have combination skin as it gets oily in summers but feel dry & dehydrated in winters. I get acne during hormonal changes. I can see whiteheads all over my face especially cheek bones, cheeks chin & forehead. If i skip moisturizr it feels dry. Skincare routine: bioderma sebium cleanser Cosrx snail mucin Niacinamide serum Klairs watery drops moisturizer Earth rhtym sunscreen No sunscreen suits me.. Either it dries out my skin or makes it too dull or causes more whitehead bumps making skin uneven. Bioderma sunscreen gives bitter feel on throat when applied. My face is sun sensitive & is darker than rest of my body. It makes me self concious.

I have been told to do TCA 25% peel sessions total  4 sessions by a doctor for dark underarms. Is it recommended to do TCA 25% peel. Is it good ? Kindly guide before I proceed.

Plz suggest good sunscreen. Mineral or zinc based make my skin tight & dry after some time even though i have combination skin . Silicone based cause whiteheads. Others show whitecast. I am medium to dusky & face is darker then rest of the body.
