Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am having having this on tip of my left thumb since last 3 months, someone says it will heal itself in some time but nothing is happen. please tell me what is this and what to do

From yesterday i have devloped rashes on my stomach area. They are not bumpy or infectious, just that very itchy. I'm not taking any medication now. Kindly check and advise please.

Due to herpes during childhood, i lost all the colour on lips. Now I have consulted with an international trained cosmetic tatto artist about giving pigment to my lips. She asked me if I've taken any anti viral course for herpes, i said no. I also informed her that I do get few blisters occasionally due to mild fever o during periods. She informed me tht this treatment may trigger herpes again. She said can take valcivir 500 5 days before the treatment and again 1 tab after after days of treatment. Not sure if this is right. Please tell me what needs to be done so tht I don't get herpes during my healing period.
