Massive hairfall due to dandruff suddenly. Never faced this issue before. Please help with a solution

Direct sunrays falls on my face and neck. My face and neck is black. My suggest tablet for skin whitening.

Can I wash my hair and dry with towel and then come and sit under the sun for 10 min to dry directly in the sun? Does that benefit hair?

I am diagnosed with PCOD since a year and have been experiencing extreme hair thinning and hair fall. I had very thick and black hair as a teenager. At first I had the normal hairfall, but with the birth control pills prescribed by the gynaecologist, I observed that my hair fall has doubled from before(which I discontinued now, but still the problem is persisting). Is there any way to stop this hair  fall and regrow my lost hair?

I have developed a painless blister on my stomach. It is painless and feels like how a boil feels. Is this something serious. I am worried as it has been a couple of weeks that it's there.

Does post laser pigmentation go? It looks like melasma now. I went for CO2 laser session for a hyperpigmented scar on my cheek. This made scar even worst, later went for two sessions of q switched.
