How much of biotin a women of 30years can consume in a day ...i have a biotin tablet which says 10mg per tablet ..is it ok to take that ?

My Mother is suffering from Pemphigus from las one year.We have taken her to multiple doctors but didn't get satisfied treatment. The blisters coming frequently on neck, head , stomach , back. We are stuck wether to take her to some other doctor to change treatment in fear of the disease becoming severe.I'm from Visakhapatnam and I took her to best doctors near by and left with no options.

Hello During rainy season and initial winter..
