Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have dandruff that doesn't seem to go away like ever.. I use hair oil 1-2 times a week. I use some shampoo. It didn't work obviously. But if I try to use some other shampoo I start to get hair fall. What should I do?

One corner of my toe nail is getting black-brown discoloration, no pain or itching. I noticed it 5 months back and it is still there. Toenail is intact. Google says it can be melanoma, is it common in Indians? I've never heard of this until now. No family history but I'm worried after googling about it.

Hi my son is 5 yr old...he is gettng rashes on all parts of body...if v apply Rask control cream on one area..it's get reduced and other area it's coming... day before yesterday v travel ed in train one day train journey... yesterday afternoon it started so... and v applied cream shown in picture...and til mrng rashes doesn't appear...but now again started...on face hands legs and back spin... He wil not even take medicines r tonics he vomit if we give forcely... So plz say what would b reson to come such rashes...plz see the pic

In winter I get heat rash itching feeling all over face, neck and hands. This only happen on winters, when ever my body get some heat the get started. Along with that I cannot able to sweat in winters whenever I do some exercise or in contact to sun exposer the rash occur But in summer all is good.... But I oversweat a lot... No heat rash or itching... Nothing... But whoever winter comes that started means from November to February...3 months I am suffering from this from last 6 years...

I visited a dermatologist 2 months back he prescribed now ebastine tablet for 10 days and I give up this doctor and consulted another top doctor he has given dazit for 15 days which medicine is best or both have same function???? For scrotal dermatitis????
