Hi deriva bpo does not help for any kind of acne marks..acne marks what you are mentioning could be of two types..one is the hyperpigmentation left behind after acne.. second is change in texture causing scars . both have different modalities of treatment.

Mainly it is just used on active acne.
But there are different medications available for acne marks.
