Black patches around neck and back
I am a 50 year old woman suffering from black patches around my neck and back as shown in the photo. My sugar level is normal, thyroid profile normal. It's been about 15 years with these patches. It is non progressive in nature, non itchy. What can I do for this? Can you suggest some ointment or medicine?

Hello this looks like macular amyloidosis. But a confirm diagnosis can only be made after a closer physical examination and a biopsy. This is very resistant to any treatment.
Next Steps
Consider a skin biopsy to confirm the diagnosis
Health Tips
