Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Full of rashes on penile shaft for last two days. Initially it was white precipitate, gradually it became red rashes.

I have been suffering itching in private part from many months..Previously i was applying Clop 30 cream on that part but from last 2 month i am consulting Dr. Julie Desai(dermatologist) in Kutchi Jain Bhavan and she prohibited me to apply Clop cream. So from last 2 month i am following the medicine prescribed by her but there is no result in itching.. Sometimes it gets too bad and redness is developed there. As per Dr. Julie it is one kind of ringworm. Medicine prescribed by her: Eberwin cream Tab bilastine Capsules i-win KT cure cream Please provide me some solution on this
