Last month after vacation I got tanning,sun burn,it improved...but I noticed 10-12 new brown spots appeared on my cheek,nose n som pigmentation on my chin area.. previously I had Few spots but it was not more then 5-6.. Kindly discribe me about this how can I get ride of this condition

I was having acne and got consultation from a doctor and she prescribed acutret after using this tablet my face turned very dark and on the next consultation she told to continue the tablet and prescribed a steroid cream for one week. Still the darkness came back. Again the doctor give some vitamin c serum. I used but not improvement in my skin. Now my skin turned black and my face is sweating also my weight had increased after using this tablet. Should I continue the treatment or stop it? Is there any solution for this ? I need immediate consultation?
