I've got an itchy big bumpy red hive on face suddenly . Last year I had small vessel cutaneous vasculitis where I got small small hives all throughout my body. for which doctor gave me steriod medicines for months. What do I do now ? Am I having that same thing again ?

I have light black scars more like black dots on my cheeks
Its from the pimple i had during my early days
It seems to be fading
But has not disappeared
I do cleansing thrice a day and moisture too
Is there anything to add to COMPLETELY REMOVE THE SPOTS AWAY.
