Reverse Greying of hair and beard

I've been prescribed by my doctor Kerablak tablet and basiton forte for reversing greying and for hair loss. Please tell me how long should i continue and can my mom age 51 can take this medicine as well for reversing grey and hair loss. What else meds should i take or supplements for faster recovery
