Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Some infection in butt area that appears to be a white patch or tear. Sometimes white discharge comes out of it. It is really painful. Can someone please tell me what it is and its possible resolution. I am attaching its picture.

My doctor has prescribed Doxt SL 100 mg twice daily for 3 weeks. Is it safe to take antibiotics for prolonged time? Any precautions to be taken? Also has prescribed Tab Allegra 180 mg once daily for 3 weeks. Please Advise. Many thanks in advance. 🙏
