Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I was using dermikerm KT5 CREAM but iam not getting cure by using any cream or anything and  take too much tension might have diabities but never tested for it , the rashes are spreaded around the genetial area, apply cream give me relife but again if i eat any food like chicken egg or heat items it will again come ,and rashes are itchy and i applied MICOGEL from two days and iam getting burning sensation there please help me by giving medication it would be great favour on me and, if possible i will pay the consultation fee

How to get fairer and brighter face? I'm using sunscreen and working for home but still face looks dull dark than rest of my body. It's is combination time sometimes by putting comedogenic products my face breakout easily. So any tablets that might help?
