Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hello . I'm experiencing moderate hairfall issues for the past 2-3 years . My partition line has widened. My TSH levels were found to be at 11 after I went for thyroid checkup 2 months ago. I'm regularly taking thyroid medication and now TSH level is at 5. An earlier thyroid check up , done 9 months ago found normal thyroid profile and TSH was also in normal range, indicating that TSH imbalance has occured in recent 3-4 months. I don't have pcos issues . Can I take redensyl? If yes, at what quantity?

I am 30 years old female. Recently I have seen white patches on my left cheek. Also there are pimples. What is the reason behind it and how to solve?

My daughter aged 12yrs.. has very strong and thick hair. But she refused to oil it everyday. (She hates oiling) I'm worried really! I have very thin nature.. so I'm afraid she may loose her hair because of non oiling.. Is there any other alternative for oil..? Applying anything on scalp hurts a lot. There is nothing on scalp no dandruff nothing . But still applying any oil or conditener hurts like some one pulled my hair
