Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have uploaded a pic of toe looking black.no pain at all. I play regualr football without shoe. I don't know how the injury formed. But I got pain in my finge during play (may be) Recent I have mild fever and cough due to cold , that happed sweat due to football playing . What should I do now?

I have oily and acne prone skin plz recommend me a good sunscreen ,which would not breakout pimple and gets absored easily

I have had a dandruff problem since I was 15 and have consulted various Dermatologists. I've always been prescribed with multiple medical shampoos and lotions and it leaves my hair more damaged/ dry. I don't colour my hair but I do smoothen them once a year. I'm really looking for some solution for the dandruff problem without any further hair damage.

I am having red bumbs on my body.one on my hand and four on my legs. on the red bumbs i can see very small blisters. but now it got almost dry. It was started one week before one after the other it is bumbimg. i had mild throat pain and having cold. I had itching. Two weeks before I met the person who had  chicken pox and got dried. So i thought it may be chicken pox, but when I checked with others, they are telling like if it is a chicken pox it will spread all over the body and mouth as well. Could you give the clarification.

Hi I'm suffering from alopecia...I got a coin sized patch on my head and i was affected first time with alopecia in 2018. Again in 2021 it affected me and resulted in a new patch in another area of my scalp. Kindly please help

When i wake up go for workout in between 30 minutes but i have oily skin after waking up , so should i wash my face after waking and thenn exercuse or i could exercise and then wash my face ? because in exercise sweat would produce . and i wash my face twice in morning then i have to wash my 4 times in whole 24 hours
