Im a 18 yrs old male, 48 kg. I took isotretinoin of 5mg for 40 days, 10 mg for 2 months and 8 mg for 3 months. After 3 months of stopping isotretinoin im having pimples and i took 8mg for 1 month without consulting doctor my oil has reduced little and little bit pimples are left , im going to take 24mg sotret of isotretinoin for 1 month, is it safe? What causes severe side effects of eyes, nose and liver? Is 24 mg too much to take for 1 month?

My mother is 60, she has been having brown/red patches on her lower legs till knee, It has increased till knee over a course of one year.
