Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hello doctor My daughter age is 2.5year. She has some kind of allergic patches in her both hand since 5 to 6months . First it was only one hand after few days it's appear both the hand. I consulted to doctor also , he has advised me canded cream nad Tab zoem 50DT. But I didn't found any improvement. Now doctor said plz consult with dermatologist. Iam attaching the doctor prescription and my daughter hand pic. Plz doctor guide me bcoz iam very worried.

Hello doctor, Since past 7+ days, I've got some red patches throughout my body, mainly on hands, legs and stomach area. When I searched on the internet, I think it's probably urticaria. It looks like red patches with some white rashes sort of inside those red patches. I've took Allegra medicine for 3 days (1 tablet each day) and I observed that I could see some benefit like the patches became ligher and dried actually. PLEASE TELL ME IF I'M TAKING THE RIGHT MEDICINE. WHAT SHOULD BE THE DOSE FOR EACH DAY? AND FOR HOW MANY DAYS? Because today I didn't take the Allegra medicine and I observe that more smaller red patches are appearing. So, should I continue taking the medicine for effect? ALSO, WILL DERMOCALM LOTION HELP? OR PLEASE PRESCRIBE ANOTHER TREATMENT. I hope you'll help me out and suggest the right treatment/medicines. I've added photos.

Consulted doctor for 2 problems for my hair. 1. Dandruff 2. Hair Fall. Doctor has suggested a good shampoo for my dandruff but for hair fall he suggested Minoxidil 10. I never used this medicine and i was wondering why doctor suggested high Minoxidil 10 and not 5. Is it a  high dosage for a person never used before and having dandruff problem already. The other important question i have is that if i stop Minoxidil then will my healthy hair will also fall along with the hair that grows during usage of Minoxidil.?..i couldn't get a proper answer anywhere in the internet Please answer the questions so that I decide if i can go ahead with Minoxidil or not.

I'm mom to 3 and half month child and feeding both breast milk, Dexolac 1. Recently facing heavy hair loss. So consulted cosmologist. They prescribed "Bontress Hair Revitalising shampoo" and "Bontress PRO Hair Serum". Is these safe to use as a feeding mom. And they also referred to PRP treatment now. Can I take it now?
