Iam 31 years male.. From past 6 years iam suffering from severe acne my hair becoming greasy every day and I need to take head bath daily also suffering with dandruff and sever hair loss. My skin became dark and face is full of acne scars and lost glow. My vitamin D levels are 25.09ng/ml and vitamin B12 levels are 144 pg/ml. I have tried many anti dandruff shampoos and still my hair becomes greasy every day and hair volume completely decreased. Can any one suggest what is the root cause of this problem and proper medication

I have done prp 3 sessions for 3 months with exactly a month interval between sessions. I noticed reduced hair fall right after second session for a week. Apart from that 1 week, I am just facing same amount of hair fall. Is that normal or do I need to work on something else to make it work. I am asked to use minoxidil 5% but I must also admit that I am not using it regularly as in, I use it 3-4 days a week only. Do I need to check if I have deficiencies or anything? I recently got to know...I have been suffering from the problem called "Acanthasis Nigricans" on my forehead Since few years..dark patches on forehead.it makes me discomfort.I foot on weight due to certain reasons.i am trying to reduce weight. 1) why forehead gets black due to Acanthasis nigricans? 2) what is the relationship between Acanthasis and over weight? 3) does any treatment cure this Acanthasis?
