Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have had Angioedema for the past 4-5 months. I get my both lips swell so frequently in just 4-5 days. I didn't get a solid reason why my lips got swelled but last time I had rice and sleep after eating for a while. I have tried visiting physicians near me but didn't get the issue resolved. I have Livocetrazine once my lips get swollen.

I have white patch in underarm from long time is there one side underarm is there any way to cure.there is no other spot in any other area.
