I have been recently changed my city.. from uttarpradesh to bangalore. I am getting hair problem ie. hair fall from last 1 month.

My hair has been thinning for 5/6 years. The scalp is quite visible near the crown. I would like to know what treatment is possible. Please suggest.

I am having itching in legs for around past 1 month. Mostly after sunset but not during sleep. Mostly below knee, but some areas of thighs also.
