Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have this kind of acne throughout year( pic attached) . I stay in Malviya Nagar Delhi and noticed that water is one of the reason for which acnes r coming so I use RO water for face wash. However still 1/2 new acne + rash developed. I had checked few months back and detected with PCOM and thyroid was in borderline. Can anybody help what I should do get a clear skin.

I underwent first session of facial laser. Doctor told me to use gel based sunscreen strictly. Is it necessary to use gel based sunscreen? Why gel based sunscreen prefer over cream based sunscreen?

I have melasma..earlier a dermatologist suggested melaglow cream..can I use it while breastfeeding??and please name a good under eye cream that can be used while breastfeeding..

Hi doctor/s, Since the last 2yrs I've had syringoma under my eye. I had an electrocautery procedure and it never occurred for 1yr. Since the starting of this year I've seen it occur frequently and I've again had electrocautery in the month of March, it still reappears. I don't want to go through the procedure again, is there any permanent solution for this? Please help.

I have pimple marks on my face. My eye lids have become very dry. Also recently I have developed small rashes on my nose area. It is very itchy.

Hey, I was diagonsed for alopecia because of small patch in the nape of my neck. I was prescribed two lotions (Ezimet and Imograf Forte), densita shampoo and biton tablets. Now the patch has full hair growth. But sometimes (once in a week) i get uncontrollable itchiness on scalp of the crown of my head. So i use Imograf forte lotion to reduce the itchiness. Is it good or I should look for other option? Will it damage my hair folliciles? Please reply.

One tiny red hard bump is there in scalp over crown area...it is not get plucked..no paining is there..if m going to pluck it.thatbtime it's paining.is there something I need to worry

My palms and feet get wrinkly after being 2 mins in water. I understand the difference that our hands do get wrinkled up in water after sometime but mine get wrinkled up in 2-3 mins. Even after light moisturizer the same thing happens. Also my skin has clogged and big pores with constant acne and pimples popping up.
