I got my TSH and Testosterone tests ..results are normal .then what is making my hair fall ,is it something I had previously for one whole month birth control pills and then I stopped it after a month and it's still inside me reacting towards my hair ?? ..

Since 4 year I'm facing back and shoulder acne ,it became more in summer season. Now it spreading slowly to my elbow , little acne on my chest part It has white head , when I squizeed it after some day it became black spot.
