Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have tiny white bumps on my skin. They don't itch but are making my skin a bit rough. Along with this, they aren't popping or going out of my skin.

Anyone know good dermatologist near Dahisar -Borivali. My daughter have ear skin infection. General physician said it's fungus and gave anti biotic with cream, however nothing improving even after a month. Please help. Thanks

Hello, I removed a huge skin tag groin area (or something similar) 5 months ago and after the lab tested it, turns out it's non-cancerous/nonviral/not infection, just some skin growth. Anyway, after 5 months I still suffer from this pimple-like lump (it feels hard but separated from inner-skin as if it's filled with hardish substance not liquid) - what is it and what shall be done for it to disappear? Toe thumb nail is infected. Dead from the upper side of the skin and seems the half of it is dead. The colour has turned a bit brown and very mild pain in between.
