I had top skin of my scalp rising for 2 years, so my scalp itches, so I scratched my scalp so much I uprooted some areas of my hair. can I regrow those hair?I am 18 years old

Initially it is in form of just red itchy dots. After 2-3 days it rises into small pimples. And after 4-5 more days it turns into water pimples. What could it be?

Hi I am a 25 yr Old male. I have boils/bumps on my back. Some are small having white puss like pimples. Some are big hard bumps.
