Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I've developed rashes all over my chest, abdomen, thighs and arms. The rashes are itchy and seem to increase whenever I wear clothes which are even slightly sticky. I started taking allegra day before yesterday on my physician's advice but there is no improvement.

I applied minoxidil, due that hair grew on side of my face and on top of my chin. So, I went for facial threading and my skin looks darker now. What is the solution? Please help me with this.

I am male 48 , ht 5 fit 10 inch , wet 82 kg & no medical issue . My problem and photo graph is attached

Hello docter gudmorning i got nail funges in past 2months back first i dont know  its an funges. Later one general physician confirm that Nile fungs.. after that i take consultant for dermatology that docter told me nail surgery.. again I go to one dermatology for my second opinion... That docter give me medicine for 3months.. but my nail postion in  that pic.. i think day by day it's me serious.. coming blood... If i wash the nail geting that like if i don't wash it's getting very small of blood from there so now i am scared about it... Plz give me gud suggestion what I have to do Now i am using tables Is itraconazole capsules BP 200mg And one nail liquid ciclopirox olamine topical solution 8% Plz give me best suggestion thanks
